Costs:
For participants whose costs are not covered by the responsible accident insurance providers, an invoice will be issued unless payment is made on-site in cash or via PayPal. The cost for First Aid courses is €70.00 per participant. The billing address will correspond to the participant’s address.
Cancellation:
If you cancel your participation within the specified period or if we cancel the course, any fees already paid will be refunded within 14 days.
A free cancellation is possible up to five business days before the course begins. Cancellations made after this deadline but before the course day will be subject to a €35.00 fee per participant. If a participant does not attend the course without prior cancellation, the full course fee of €70.00 will be charged.
Late Arrival:
Participants are expected to arrive on time. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, participation in the course will unfortunately no longer be possible due to regulations set by the accident insurance providers.
Substituting Participants:
Named participants can be replaced by other individuals if necessary.
Billing via the Employer's Liability Insurance Association (BG):
DThe cost carriers do not accept copies, faxes, or scanned documents for billing purposes. Therefore, the original billing form for the Employer's Liability Insurance Association (BG) or accident insurance fund must include the company's signature and stamp.
Please send us the completed form at least ten days before the course begins by post. If this is not possible, you may also provide the form or voucher directly to the participants.
If the costs are covered by the Unfallkasse (Accident Insurance Fund), we also require a cost coverage confirmation from them at least ten days before the course starts.
Course Certificates:
Each participant will receive a certificate of participation upon full attendance and active participation in all practical exercises.
Course Cancellation / Change of Venue:
In case of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the course at short notice or change the course location
